All of the polishes from this collection seem to be pretty sheer, and Nutcracker Sweet is no exception. This was four coats and it's still not entirely opaque. But aside from that, I absolutely love this color. I wish we'd see more duochromes like this one!
Nutcracker Sweet is a beautiful subdued golden taupe with a pink and greenish shift. It's a little warm for my skintone, but that's definitely not going to stop me from wearing it.
As much as I love all of the metallic duochromes that have been coming out, there's nothing like this lovely anymore. Another from this collection soon, Merryberry Mauve (still on the hunt for Sugarplum Yum!).
