Dupe of a Tart

One of my favorite low-cost polish brands is Forever 21's line of polishes, Love & Beauty. It can be a bit of a gamble with formulas, but they certainly come out with some fantastic colors. Here is one I picked up a couple of months ago, Seafoam Blue, which looks like a seafoam version of OPI I Have a Herring Problem/Zoya Skylar. Check out those gorgeous glass flecks!

This one was a touch sheer for my liking so I layered it over Zoya Bevin, a beautiful sage creme.

Well I have been pining for Butter London's Tart with a Heart for some time, and happened upon what I feel is a near-perfect dupe at Sally Beauty, Nina Ultra Pro Holographic Top Coat. The name isn't as clever nor the bottle as fancy, but wow does she sparkle!

This is a really amazing topcoat, it looks simply stunning over any color! Although I think I like it best over pastels. It contains blue/purple and orange/green small iridescent glitters as well as holographic gold microglitter.

And a little blurry to show the sparkle.

So if you've been coveting the sparkly, saucy Tart with a Heart but want to limit your polish budget, definitely give Holographic Top Coat a go! Over anything, really!
