Liquid Lacquer: Blurple Nurple and Halfway Gemini

Today I have a couple of gorgeous polishes sent from Liquid Lacquer! I absolutely loved the other two polishes of hers I'd tried and am really excited to share more!

Liquid Lacquer Blurple Nurple

Blurple Nurple is a glitter topper consisting of large aqua and lavender holographic circles, as well as lavender, pink, violet, turquoise, and teal squares and hexes, some metallic and some holo, in a clear base. I looove this mix of glitters! The colors are beautiful and unique (teal and purple? heck yeah!) with an excellent variety of shapes and sizes. Here I have it layered over Revlon Enchanting and Trendy (accent).

Blurple Nurple's formula was wonderful and easy to work with. I had no trouble getting an even distribution of glitter, with only some minor fishing for the large circles. Shown here is two coats with topcoat.

Liquid Lacquer Halfway Gemini

Halfway Gemini is a royal blue jelly filled with fuchsia and pale pink circles of varying sizes and silver holographic microglitters. It has a mysterious and cosmic look to it that's absolutely dazzling!

Some bottles of Halfway Gemini had sinking glitters, which were replaced by Liquid Lacquer, but unfortunately I received one of them to sample. This made application more of a challenge, but still yielded a very lovely result. Shown is three coats by itself.

I have quite a few more polishes from Liquid Lacquer that I'll be sharing with you soon, and they are real stunners!
