Today I have a fun nail art look featuring Pretty Serious's new pastel bright cremes, from her ongoing "Pet Names" series. Here is my take on pastel-rainbow unicorn sparkle galaxy nails! (Or something to that effect.)

|Galaxy Nails ft. Pretty Serious Pastel Pet Names|
To create this look, I started with Doodle Bug, a bright pastel sky blue, as a base. Then using a makeup sponge and small brush, I sponged/dabbed on different colors to create fluffy nebula clouds. Additional colors are Cutie Patootie (pastel lavender), Fluffykins (bright bubblegum pink), Peachie Poo (creamy peach), Little Duckling (light lemon yellow), and Bunny Foo Foo (pastel aqua-cyan). After it dried, I painted and dotted on little twinkling stars with Presence, an opaque white cream.
All of the cremes in this collection were similary well-pigmented, smooth, and easy to apply, making them ideal for nail art. The coverage was excellent, with each needing about 1-2 coats to look fully opaque.
(Some of you might also rememeber a similar "Princess Unicorn Galaxy Nails" look I did a few years back!)

I really enjoyed creating this look, and doing a sort of abstract gradient. Although I am dearly in need of a better detail brush to make my stars look more twinkle-y and less like dandelions.
This set makes up a perfect pastel rainbow that coordinates beautifully together! One of my particular favorites is Little Duckling-- it's the perfect cool-toned pastel lemon, and has one of the best formulas for any yellow I've seen yet!
The Pastel Pet Names collection colors are currently sold out but will be restocked again soon, so keep an eye on the Pretty Serious Facebook page for updates!
