Colors by Llarowe "Wind Beneath My Wings"

Today's post features a fantastic limited edition charity polish from Colors by Llarowe: a shifty, sparkly, beautiful blue-grey, "Wind Beneath My Wings."

Wind Beneath My Wings is a muted denim blue creme with a linear holographic effect and a strong copper/orange shimmer that shifts from gold to green. The combination of these gorgeous colors and effects make this polish ridiculously good-looking in any lighting! Wind Beneath My Wings was one of a recent collection of limited edition charity polishes whose proceeds went towards various charities. This particular polish benefited the Prostate Cancer Foundation. Definitely a win-win when it comes to buying polish! Unfortunately, since this was a limited collection, this polish won't be available for purchase any longer (I know, I'm sorry!)

The formula was just excellent; very smooth with an even application. It was a bit on the thick side at first, but a few drops of thinner gave it the perfect consistency. The opacity was also superb-- Wind Beneath My Wings was practically a one-coater! Shown here is two coats for full coverage.

I may have gone slightly overboard with the photos-- you can thank me later.
