Glam Polish: Limited Edition Mid-Winter's Dream Collection

Good evening polish fans! I am thrilled to share these dazzling new soft-hued, wintry shimmers from Glam Polish, the Mid-Winter's Dream collection today. More photos after the break!

Formula overview: The Mid-Winter's Dream collection colors all had similarly even formulas with great consistencies. They were somewhat sheer at first and only slightly thick, but built nicely using 1-2 thin coats followed by a thicker coat. I wore them all with three coats topped with Glam Polish's Magic Shine Topcoat. When applying the polishes containing white gold leaf flakes (In a Flurry, Frozen Heart, and Blizzard) it is recommended not to shake the bottle to mix it, as this will break up the flakes, but to stand the bottle on end for about five minutes to allow the flakes to settle to the top.

Glam Polish In a Flurry

In a Flurry is a saturated bright teal crelly infused with tons of multi-colored glass flecks and sparkle, as well as real white gold leaf flakes, and a touch of holographic sparkle. This vibrant teal is so, so gorgeous, and I love how it looks with my complexion. The gold leaf and flecks give it a lovely, wintry look, like a snow flurry!

Glam Polish Frozen Heart

Frozen Heart is a bright, blue-toned pink crelly infused with tons of multi-colored glass flecks and sparkle, as well as real white gold leaf flakes, and a touch of holographic sparkle. I have a very high compliment to pay this particular color, as my husband (who is a rather harsh critic of nail polishes, hmph!) told me that Frozen Heart was, "Probably the coolest color you've ever worn." Wow! Well, I certainly can't disagree with that!

Glam Polish Blizzard

Blizzard is an enchanting, bright pastel periwinkle crelly infused with tons of multi-colored glass flecks and sparkle, as well as real white gold leaf flakes, and a touch of holographic sparkle. I just love all things periwinkle, and Blizzard is the perfect wintry lavender-blue (falling snow included!)

Glam Polish Frost Flower
Frost Flower is a pastel peach crelly infused with tons of multi-colored glass flecks and sparkle, as well as real white gold leaf flakes, and a touch of holographic sparkle. This soft, icy peach is so beautifully flattering and would suit any complexion!

Glam Polish Avalanche

Avalanche is a medium-grey crelly packed with multi-colored shimmer and tiny flecks that give it an icy, silvery-white sparkle. It also has a beautiful scattered holographic effect. The gorgeous array of sparkly shimmers in this polish make Avalanche a very unique and captivating grey.

Glam Polish Arctic Freeze

Arctic Freeze is a pastel mint/seafoam green crelly packed with multi-colored shimmer and tiny flecks that give it an icy, silvery-white sparkle. It also has a beautiful scattered holographic effect. This is another color that I absolutely loved wearing! The soft mint color is a favorite of mine and truly perfect for any time of year.

Glam Polish has created a beautiful pastel-winter dreamscape with these dazzling shimmers! The lovely soft-hued colors make me think of a winter sunrise sparkling over the snow and lighting up the sky. This time of year in Australia, where Glam Polish is based, it's actually Summer, yet these colors are so versatile they'll complement any season perfectly. The Mid-Winter's Dream collection is limited edition, so don't wait too long to pick up your favorites!
