Stamped Blue Floral Nail Art for Alopecia Awareness

Today is "Alopecia Awareness Day" and, to show support, myself and many other nail bloggers are wearing beautiful blue manis!

Blue Floral Nail Art for Alopecia Awareness
I had a lot of fun with this look, especially as I have quite a few blues in my collection! I used Zoya "Tove," a beautiful blue-toned grey satin-finish creme as my base, and lightly sponged on various other light blues (Color Club "In De-Nile," Zoya "Lillian," Morgan Taylor "Party at the Palace," Essie "Lapis of Luxury," and Essie "Smooth Sailing"). Then I used hēhē's Miyazaki Hayao stamping plate #063 and Cirque "Santorini" to add a fun, Arrietty-themed floral overlay.

I really love these colors together, and this gorgeous floral pattern! This was my first time using these stamping plates, so I'm still perfecting their application, but I'm really happy with how this turned out!

This is such a great way for our community to show support and raise awareness for this disease which affects so many! If you would like to participate, please share your favorite blue manicures today and during the month of September, which is Alopecia Awareness month, and tag them with #bluemanisforalopeciaawareness! You can also check out the National Alopecia Areata Foundation to learn more about Alopecia Areata and how you can help those affected.
