Darling Diva: New Glow-in-the-Dark Polishes!

Today I have even more new polishes from Darling Diva, three awesome glow-in-the-dark glitters!

Darling Diva Firefly over Zoya Frida
Firefly might just be my favorite of the three; it's a sheer lime-green jelly packed with holographic teal, blue/purple and green/orange iridescents, and holographic micro glitter, along with tiny blue/green iridescent flecks that are just magical! The formula was excellent, and application was smooth and effortless. (Are you humming the Ballad of Serenity yet?)

Fireflies

I decided to layer Firefly over Zoya Frida, a teal jelly, to give more depth to the beautiful iridescent glitters and flecks, and I love how it turned out! This was two coats over about four coats of Frida. I prefer Firefly layered over another color as the base is quite sheer.

Once Firefly has been "charged" it glows a lovely vivid green!

Darling Diva Moon Beam

Here is the beautiful blue Moon Beam, a blue jelly filled with tiny blue, holographic turquoise, and blue/purple iridescent glitters. This polish really sparkles and shines! I swatched this one two ways, on its own and layered over a dark blue jelly. By itself, Moon Beam takes about 3-4 coats to become opaque, as seen here. With so much glitter, it did become a little lumpy on its own, so I would recommend it over another polish.

In full sun you can really see the holographic glitters sparkle!

Darling Diva Moon Beam over Revlon Royal

And here is Moon Beam over Revlon Royal, a cobalt blue jelly. The glitters really pop on top of Royal, and the base color makes the "lines" much smoother. This was about one coat over Royal. The glitter looked smooth and perfect with a coat of Gelous and Seche Vite!

Moon Beam glows an incredible bright blue in the dark.

Darling Diva Will-o-the-Wisp over Sinful Colors Boom Boom

Lastly I have the sweet, twinkling pink Will-o-the-Wisp, a pink jelly with holographic silver and magenta glitter in small to ultra-micro sizes. Another beautiful polish that is packed with shimmer and sparkle! Will-o-the-Wisp has a sheer pink base that can be layered on its own, however I decided to layer it over a fuchsia jelly, Sinful Colors Boom Boom. It's Summer here, and I'm really into jellies!

Floating Lanterns

Will-o-the-Wisp had a great formula as well. I used two coats over Boom Boom for a very even, and glittery, look! The holographic glitters sparkle many different colors, making Will-o-the-Wisp seem to glow in daylight, too.

Will-o-the-Wisp glows a stunning violet, a very unique glow-in-the-dark color.

I really love these glitters, and that they can be enjoyed day or night! Something about the glowing iridescence and translucent jellies give these colors a very Summery feel to me.

Darling Diva Polishes are for sale in her Etsy shop as well as through Llarowe. She has just released a bunch of beautiful new colors-- some inspired by Madonna songs, and more glow-in-the-dark polishes! 1. They were *very* strong when they were first "charged" yeah, but they did start to fade kind of quickly. I think longer light exposure would help, though.
