Indigo Bananas Anansi and Eshu

Are you ready to go bananas?! Are you getting tired of my terrible puns yet? No? Excellent! Today I have two more gorgeous multichromes I bought from Indigo Bananas, Anansi and Eshu.

Indigo Bananas Anansi

Anansi is a beautifully intense emerald glass fleck that shifts to a stunning violet, and even magenta at extreme angles. I love the incredible vibrancy of this color! It's so rich and jewel-like. This polish was named after the African god, Anansi, who is known as a cunning trickster that often takes the form of a spider. It reminds me of Peacock Spiders with their flashy little bums!

As with all of my Indigo Bananas polishes, Anansi's formula was just excellent. The base is tinted dark so that it becomes opaque in 2-3 coats, however I decided to layer two coats over a dark navy, Revlon Urban, to highlight its lovely jewel tones.

Indigo Bananas Eshu
Another spirit of chaos and trickery is Eshu, whose namesake is quite fitting for this captivating holographic multichrome. Eshu is a beautiful plum/orchid that shifts orange, gold, and green, and has tiny holographic glitters scattered throughout for extra sparkle. There is so much color and brilliance to this polish, it will keep you totally mesmerized!

Eshu also had a wonderful formula; easy to apply and opaque in three coats. I decided to layer this one over a base color as well, a dark violet, to enhance the lovely purples tones it has.

This photo is a bit blurred so that you can see the dazzling rainbows twinkling!

Indigo Bananas polishes are for sale in her Etsy shop, and you can find more great photos and information on her website. Also be sure to like Indigo Bananas on Facebook for polish sneak peeks and giveaways!
