Pahlish: October "The Great Pumpkin" Duo

The first day of Autumn was just last week, and today is my first Fall polish post! Today I have two wonderful colors sent to me from Pahlish that are perfect for the season, her October duo inspired by "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown," here are "Most Sincere Pumpkin Patch" and "Bag of Rocks."

Pahlish Most Sincere Pumpkin Patch

Most Sincere Pumpkin Patch is a nearly-black deep brown jelly filled with pink, orange, gold, and green micro-shimmer. It has a very "harvest" look to it, like warm spices and rich soil. The formula was very good; a little patchy on the first coat, then perfectly even and opaque by the third. The shimmer is very subtle and eye-catching, and appears best in direct light.

Pahlish Bag of Rocks

Bag of Rocks is Most Sincere Pumpkin Patch's glitter accompaniment, and they pair together perfectly!  It is a mix of spring green, chartreuse, and gunmetal glitters in squares, circles, and hexes, as well as micro-flecks, in a clear base. This is such a fantastic glitter! The glitter density is excellent, giving me full coverage in just one easy coat, and the formula was superb! Neither too thick nor too thin, and it went on like butter! (If butter were full of green, sparkly awesomeness.) I also really love the variety of glitters in Bag of Rocks, especially the micro-flecks; they give a beautiful depth to this polish.

Pahlish definitely has a talent for mixing up complementing colors for her duo sets, and has brought us a wonderful pair of Fall colors with these two! Most Sincere Pumpkin Patch and Bag of Rocks are part of Pahlish's October duo, and will only be available for a limited time, so be sure to pick these up before they disappear!
