It's time to ring in the New Year with some bright, fabulous colors from Glam Polish! The "Alphabet City" collection polishes are inspired by the characters and songs from the Broadway Musical "Avenue Q." Keep reading to see more photos and my review!
Glam Polish Loud As the Hell You Want |
Loud As the Hell You Want is a burnt orange jelly full of holographic micro-glitter. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I loved this color! It's a really different yet wearable shade.
Glam Polish The Internet is for Pourn |
The Internet is for Pourn is a bright cherry-red jelly full of holographic micro-glitter. Just look at this beauty! It's the perfect rich, ruby-red.
Glam Polish Mix Tape |
Mix Tape is an amethyst crelly full of holographic micro-glitter. I love the slightly dusty and pastel look of this beautiful purple, it's really one-of-a-kind.
Glam Polish Not Wearing Underwear |
Not Wearing Underwear is a turquoise crelly filled with holographic micro-glitter. Yes, so much this! Bright, pastel, sparkling aqua-blue, absolutely yes!
Glam Polish Schadenfreude |
Schadenfreude is a chartreuse jelly filled with holographic micro-glitter. Another really unique and fun color! I'll also refer you to Ms. Kellie Gonzo's review, 'cause this color looks freaking amazing on her!
Glam Polish School for Monsters |
School for Monsters is a rich emerald-green jelly filled with holographic micro-glitter. Of course I love this one, it's green! And a striking one at that!
Glam Polish It Sucks to Be Me |
It Sucks to Be Me is a slightly dusty cornflower-blue crelly filled with holographic micro-glitter. The light was not very cooperative when I was taking these photos, but I can assure you that this one is even more stunning, and sparkly, in person!
Glam Polish Special |
Special is a fuchsia/magenta jelly filled with holographic micro-glitter. This fantastic berry color is another favorite of mine, it's so juicy and gorgeous!
Glam Polish The More You Ruv Someone |
The More You Ruv Someone is a pastel carnation pink crelly filled with holographic micro-glitter. Sweet, sparkling, candy pink-- just lovely!
Formula Overview:
The polishes in this collection all have similarly impeccable formulas with great consistency and even application, and looked fully opaque in only two coats. I also found they dried quite smoothly, needing only one coat of top coat. My photographs show 2-3 coats plus top coat.
. . .
I am always blown away by Glam Polish's glitters; she is truly a master of sparkle! And the colors and names are so much fun, I love them all! The "Alphabet City" collection has just launched today, so you may want to put a hold on that no-buy resolution for just a little while longer!
