Candeo Colors Joker + Essie She's Picture Perfect
Joker is a beautiful mix of violet, blue, periwinkle, pink (+ holo!), and silver glitter hexes of many sizes in a clear base. It applied very evenly, and all of the glitters layed perfectly flat.
This was two coats over Essie She's Picture Perfect, my go-to lavender (with a lovely subtle shimmer).
